Getting there.
Directions from HWY 13: Exit Redwood Rd, turn onto Redwood Rd, turn right on Jordan Rd. Drive to the very end of Jordan Rd.
Directions from 580: Exit 35th Ave. Turn left onto 35th Ave., turn left on Jordan Rd. Drive to the end of Jordan Rd.
When it looks like you are at the end of Jordan Rd., the road narrows to a private drive. Keep going straight down the narrow road and the lot is the first one on your left, next door to 2995 Jordan Rd.
Once you're close
The lot is a wedge shape starting at the end of the chain link fence along the backside of the garage of 2995 Jordan and continuing to the second wood post by the for sale sign.
Property corners
To find the property corners, look for the 4 fluorescent orange/pink stakes in the ground. These mark the points of the wedge, and continue out to the street. Stakes are marked with a small "x" in Assessor's Map.
